Construction Industry
Tunnel
The construction and reinforcement of tunnels is a process with 3 activities including boring and protecting the tunnel with a layer of shotcrete, unrolling a metallic mesh
and placing it on top of the shotcrete and securing the metallic mesh with helical steel bolts. In boring process we require chill water as coolent to reduce the temperature of the drill.
Oil
We have manufactured of chillers for the production of water destined to the cooling of oil drills.
The application of such units, working under extreme conditions, demanded a thorough ambient study.
The transfer of the chillers group made with engine and trailer on dirty roads, the likely sandstorms coupled to temperatures sometimes over 55°C called for an in-depth research and for the design and the manufacture of a sturdy and strong structure
CEMENT BRICKS
Cement Bricks required light in weight and high strength for construction purpose. It consists of a mixture made of 80% limestone and of 20% clay which are crushed, resulting then in a 'flour' (a pale powder).
Heated to about 1500°C in rotary furnaces, after that Cooling is an important stage of the process and Dry Chill offers chill water solutions to meet high quality cement bricks.
