PET BLOW INDUSTRIES
The blowing of hollow bodies (blow molding) is an important method of polymers processing, used for the production of hollow products.
In this process, a tube of molten or parison is introduced into a mold and made to expand by applying an internal pressure until it touches the walls of the mold in contact with which the plastic material solidifies. Although blow molding is used primarily for the production of bottles and phials, the articles produced with this simple and relatively cheap technique are constantly increasing, such as spoilers for cars and fuel tanks. The process requires high pressures (up to 5.5 Bar) and low operating temperatures (normally between 7°C and 10°C).
PET PREFORM
Air Cool Water chillers are used for cooling mould to improve the smooth finish of plastic products and reduce the internal stress. It is easy to demould plastic products and the output has been raised. Water chillers are also used for cooling all kinds of lubricating oil and hydraulic transmission oil to control the oil temperature accurately and improve the processing accuracy.
Dry Chill chillers are developed on the basis of introducing and assimilating the products' merits from the India. Utilizing imported efficient compressor, specially design evaporator and multifunction controller, Dry Chill chillers are easy to operate and maintenance.
