Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a yearly maintenance plan. It is a cost effective solution to prolong the life of your Machine, to keep it performing at its highest rate and, decrease the risk of failure of Chiller spare parts. In order to get the best results, it is mandatory to carry out the routine maintenance once, in every 3 Months.

Hence, under this AMC we provide – 4 Compulsory Service Visits in a year. Every visit will consist of the following services -:

Compressor
Condenser
Pump
Tank
Piping
Evaporator
Valve set & Gases
Expansion Valve
Fan
Electronic Items : Contractors, MCB, Delay Timer, Connectors, Wiring
Temperature Controller
Led Indications
Filter Dryer
HP / LP Gauge
HP/LP Tripper

To check the proper operation of all parts and set the same if possible.
To clean all the parts with Blower.
To check LP / HP cut out switches.
To clean the electrical panel of the machines.
To check the leakages of refrigerant from the machine.
To check the condenser, evaporator tube of machine.
Checking of sensors, control valves, control's equipment.
To check machine vibration analysis test if required.
To check water analysis test.
To check compressor sound level by meters once in year if required.
To tighten the electrical components related to the machine.
To check the cooling.
To check Fan Motor.
To check Machine position and Air Ventilation.
To clean the electrical contractor contact points.
To check health condition of communication bus wire or connectors.
To do the oiling of all parts and check for corrosion and suggest if any changes required.

Validity : AMC will be valid only for One year from the date of its registration.

Terms & Conditions :

Spare Parts required will be charged extra under AMC as well as under Extra Servicing. 10% Discount on Spare Parts Under AMC Contract
If the machine is not under AMC, the service charge for each visit would be Rs.***/-per machine.
Service cost of 2 or more machine for each visit will be Rs. ***/- per machine.
It is possible that machine covered under AMC can breakdown. Our services will in any case be available in such event at an extra cost of only spare parts, labour will be free.
If there is any breakdown in between 2 AMC visits, the same can be adjusted in the total number of AMC visits.
We can also undertake Servicing/Repairing of other Machine at an extra cost, as per the condition of the machine.
