In Anodizing Plant Chillers are used to maintain temperature of vessels containing electrolytic fluid. The electrolytic fluid in the vessels reacts with the metal dipped inside it to create a long lasting hold for the color coating process of the product.
This can be done in two ways:
Chill water circulation in the lead rotated under vessel tank. (image 1)
Direct electro fluid circulation inside the cooling chamber (outer vessel) with
chill water flowing inside the tubes. This is called tube and tube reaction chamber.
